These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bloompatches.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Bloom Patches LLC, doing business as Bloom Patches ("Bloom Patches", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Health information and product use

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

  • Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice.
  • Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication (including diabetes or blood-sugar medication), have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery.
  • Not for use by anyone under 18. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Apply to clean, dry, unbroken skin. Stop use and contact a doctor if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
  • Customer reviews and results shown on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will get the same results.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method and you authorize us to charge it for your order total.

5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you choose a subscription option at checkout, your order will automatically renew and you will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, every month (every 30 days) until you cancel.

  • The price, the number of packs per shipment and the billing frequency are shown at checkout before you buy, and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
  • You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 833-611-1380. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. Shipments already charged are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • We'll notify you by email before any change to your subscription price takes effect.

6. Shipping, title and risk

We ship worldwide for free. Delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. Ownership of the products and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. We'll still help with lost or damaged packages as described in our Shipping Policy.

8. Text message (SMS) program

If you opt in to text messages from Bloom Patches, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product names and designs, belongs to Bloom Patches or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is truthful and yours to share, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using bots to place orders, reselling our products without permission, or placing fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bloom Patches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bloom Patches harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't, disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the consumer laws of your country or state give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
